目的对国内四款心理健康类APP进行可用性测试，评估其可用性水平并提供科学的改进方案。方法根据国内的心理健康类APP的市场分析，筛选出四个研究样本：壹心理、简单心理、比优心理和松果倾诉。对研究样本进行功能分析后，确定四个功能的测试任务：心理教育、心理测量、心理问答和心理咨询。本研究结合绩效测试、有声思维、和问卷调查的方法，选取31名被试，在效率、有效性和满意度三个指标上评估四个APP的可用性水平并分析优势和不足。结果结合主客观指标，心理教育中，壹心理表现最优；心理测量和心理问答中，壹心理和简单心理显著优于其他APP；心理咨询中，四款APP的客观指标差异不显著，主观指标中松果倾诉的评价最低。在总体主观评价中，壹心理和简单心理的评分显著高于松果倾诉和比优心理。结论壹心理和简单心理的可用性水平明显高于松果倾诉和比优心理。壹心理和简单心理的可用性优势表现在：搜索功能强大、首页功能分区明显、咨询师信息专业且易筛选。

Objective In the present study, we tested the usability of four mental health APPs in China, to evaluate their usability level and to provide a scientific improvement scheme. Methods According to the market analysis of mental health APPs in China, four research samples were selected: Yixinli, Jiandanxinli, Biyouxinli, and Songguoqingsu. After the functional analysis of the research samples, the test tasks of four functions are determined: mental health education, self-assessment of mental health status, question and answer (Q&A), and counseling services. In the usability test of this paper, combined with the methods of questionnaire, thinking aloud and performance measurement, 31 subjects were selected to evaluate the usability level of the four APPs and analyze their usability problems on the three indicators of efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction. Results Combining objective and subjective indexes, the performance of Yixinli was the best in mental health education; in self-assessment of mental health status and Q&A, Yixinli and Jiandanxinli were significantly better than the others; with regards to counseling services, there was no significant difference in the objective indexes of the four APP, but in the subjective index, the evaluation of Songguoqingsu was the lowest. In the overall subjective evaluation, the scores of Yixinli and Jiandanxinli were significantly higher than those of Biyouxinli and Songguoqingsu. Conclusion The usability level of Yixinli and Jiandanxinli is significantly higher than that of Biyouxinli and Songguoqingsu. The usability advantages of Yixinli and Jiandanxinli are powerful search function, obvious homepage function partition, professional consultant information, and easy screening.
