认知与发展心理学研究室知识库

目的：探讨Mental Health对应五个汉译术语的使用现状。方法：借助信息可视化软件CiteSpace 4.0,分别以mental health、心理健康、心理卫生、精神卫生、精神健康和身心健康为主题词检索CNKI数据库收录的1992年以来核心期刊论文进行可视化分析,绘制关键词共现知识图谱。结果：Mental health相关的3287篇引文以基础研究为主,应用研究较少;数量逐年波动增长。五个对应汉译词＂心理健康、精神卫生、心理卫生、身心健康和精神健康＂使用频率依次递减,研究者、研究机构侧重不同,并衍生出不同的研究领域。心理健康频度最高,使用者主要是心理学科研院所人员;后四种译法使用者主要为精神科从业人员;心理卫生中心性最高。这表明mental health是心理学与精神病学的交叉点,但对应汉译词使用者和机构学科间或学科内合作广度及深度有待加强。结论：译法取决于概念界定,使用者则属于不同学科。Mental health五种汉译使用频率不同,在心理学、精神病学二十五年发展中各有侧重。

Objective： To explore the application status of the five Chinese terms（i. e.,心理健康,心理卫生,精神卫生,精神健康,身心健康） translated from mental health. Methods： References retrieved by the five Chinese terms and mental health from CNKI database were analyzed and visualized by using information visualization software CiteSpace 4. 0. Results： Mental health related studies was given priority to basic research rather than applied research,and the number of published studies kept increasing in recent 25 years,accumulated up to 3327 in total. Five translated Chinese terms of mental health had different frequencies of citation in the published studies,decreasingly ordered as 心理健康,精神卫生,心理卫生,身心健康,and 精神健康. Users and their institutions of these five terms were differentiated as shown by centrality,the co-citation network of authors and institutions.Cooperation between authors and institutions from either within and/or between disciplines and professions（i. e.,psychology and psychiatry） in both breadth and depth need to be strengthened,while usage of these terms reflected coverage of these two disciplines and professions. Conclusion： The translation of term reflects its definition,while affect its application,so as to the 25 years development of psychology and psychiatry as either a discipline or a profession.
