肝郁脾虚证是抑郁症的核心证候,文章从流行病学研究、诊断研究、治疗研究、机制研究4个方面对肝郁脾虚抑郁症进行了简要综述,指出:抑郁症肝郁脾虚证"以肝为主"论治的各项研究较为丰富,但是疗效的进一步提高依然遇到了瓶颈,"以脾为主"论治肝郁脾虚型抑郁症可能新的方向,希望可启发读者对抑郁症肝郁脾虚证在病理机制研究及临床治疗等方面的新思路。

The syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency is the core syndrome of depression. This article briefly summarized the depression of syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency from four aspects, namely, epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment and mechanism research. It points out that the research on ‘give priority to liver’ about the syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency is rich, but the further improvement of the therapeutic effect still meets a bottleneck. The treatment of depression with syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency on ‘give priority to spleen’may be a new direction. It is hoped that the new direction of depression can inspire readers to study the pathological mechanism and clinical treatment of the syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency.
