摘要	地震和应试对灾区学生是双重生活事件压力源(Stressor),采用积极正性的应对方式(coping)对灾区学生提高学业成绩以及身心健康都有着重要意义。文章从心理调整、恰当的自我要求、考前准备及考场上的心理调控四个方面提出应对建议。
其他摘要	For students in the disaster struck areas, earthquake and examinations are both incident stressors of living. Therefore, adopting a positive manner of coping is significant for both their academic performance and their physical and mental health. Some suggestions will be given concerning the following four aspects： mental adjustment, appropriate self-requirements, psychological preparation before examinations, and psychological regulation in examinations.
