其他摘要 | Objective:This study aims to investigate the current status of posttraumatic stress disorder in infertile women, analysis the relationship between infertility stress, mindfulness level and posttraumatic stress disorder, and explore the mediating role and regulatory mechanism of mindfulness level between reproductive stress and posttraumatic stress disorder, to provide a theoretical basis for the later intervention from the perspective of positive psychology. Methods:This study adopted a convenient sampling method, and selected female patients who attended the infertility clinic of a reproductive medicine center in Shandong Province from August to September 2020 as the research subjects. After screening patients with strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, totally 362 patients are enrolled in this study. The questionnaire mainly includes self-developed general demographic data, Fertility Problem Inventory (FPI), Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS), posttraumatic stress disorder. All survey data were checked by two researchers and analyses were performed with SPSS (SPSS Inc., Version 22.0, Chicago, USA). The statistical methods mainly contain independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA test, correlation analysis and regression analysis.Results:1. The average score of posttraumatic stress disorder of infertile women was 31.27±11.68, and 24.2% of patients had score ≥38. The average score of posttraumatic stress disorder of three dimensions was re-experience symptom (9.27±3.75),avoid/numbness symptom was (11.91±5.10), increased alertness symptom was (10.09±4.14).2. The single factor analysis showed that ages, educational backgrounds, family monthly incomes, have or not of children and urban-rural differences in residence have an impact on posttraumatic stress disorder. There are differences in posttraumatic stress disorder scores in different groups, and the differences are statistically significant3. Pearson correlation analysis demonstrated that infertility stress was negatively correlated with mindfulness level (r=-0.437, P<0.01), posttraumatic stress disorder was positively correlated with infertility stress (r=0.569, P<0.01) and negatively correlated with mindfulness level (r=-0.598, P<0.01). The scores of all dimensions of posttraumatic stress disorder were positively correlated with infertility stress (r=0.477~0.545, P<0.01), and negatively correlated with mindfulness level (r=-0.505~0.547, P<0.01).4. After controlling for general data, logistic regression analysis showed that infertility stress and mindfulness level have a significant predictive effect on the score of posttraumatic stress disorder. Mindfulness partially mediated the effect of infertility stress on posttraumatic stress disorder, with a mediating effect of 0.188, accounting for 33.04% of the total effect. Mindfulness also moderated the association between infertility stress and posttraumatic stress disorder.Conclusions:1.The infertility women have high rate of posttraumatic stress disorder. Women are more worthy of attention especially in women with lower age, lower income, lower education level, without child and from rural areas.2.Posttraumatic stress disorder was positively correlated with infertility stress and negatively correlated with mindfulness level. Infertility stress and mindfulness level can better predict the occurrence of symptoms related to posttraumatic stress disorder in infertility women.3.Infertility stress may be a factor influencing PTSD symptoms in infertile patients and may also be indirectly influenced by mindfulness on posttraumatic stress disorder. Mindfulness buffers the effect of infertility stress on PTSD and is a protective factor of PTSD in infertile women. |
