其他摘要 | In recent years, China's civil servants have a high level of stress, depression and anxiety, and their mental health problems continue to attract attention. Their turnover intention and behavior are also at a high level, it is very important and urgent to perfect the tool of mental health assessment for civil servants and to supplement the research on the mental health of civil servants before and after leaving the service. At present, many measuring tools based on mental flexibility theory can predict mental health problems, but they can only present a single or partial process of mental flexibility, it can not cover many dimensions of mental flexibility and mental rigidity, and although some researches have discussed such issues as mental flexibility, mental health and turnover intention of civil servants, few researches have been done on mental health of post-employment groups. This thesis selects 780 serving civil servants, the mental flexibility scale (MPFI), acceptance and action questionnaire (AAQ-Ⅱ), mental flexibility scale (CompACT), mindfulness awareness scale (MAAS), cognitive integration questionnaire (CFQ) and Chinese version of depression-anxiety-stress scale (DASS) were used, using exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, internal consistency reliability test, variance analysis, regression analysis and other statistical methods, the multidimensional mental flexibility scale (MPFI) and its simplified version were revised, this paper examines the mental health status of two groups of civil servants before and after leaving the civil service, and conducts a comparative study.Part 1 studies found that the multi-dimensional mental flexibility scale (MPFI) forms a second-order structure of 55 items, 2 second-order factors of mental flexibility and mental rigidity, and 11 first-order factors (5 mental flexibility and 6 mental rigidity) in Chinese civil servants, the loading range of each factor is between 0.302 and 0.909, and Cronbach's α coefficient is 0.93. MPFI flexibility scale, ossified scale and each standard were significantly correlated (p <0.01), with good reliability and validity. Part 2 studies found that the results showed that 22 items of MPFI short version had the same factorial structure, Cronbach's α coefficient 0.85 and good reliability and validity. Part 2 studies found that mental flexibility, mental rigidity and mental health problems are negatively (positively) related, and have predictive power. The level of stress, anxiety and depression of the retired civil servants in the study sample was significantly higher than that of the serving civil servants, the mental health problems, stress, anxiety and depression of the subjects who left their jobs were significantly lower than those who left their jobs. The mental health of the separated staff is significantly different according to their age, educational background and the information of their former jobs (positions in the system), but not the information of their current jobs. To sum up, this paper provides a reliable and valid tool for measuring and predicting the mental flexibility and mental health of Chinese civil servants, and realizes measuring the positive and negative aspects of mental process through a scale. Mental Flexibility and mental rigidity are relatively stable, which are related to basic demographic information such as educational background, age and marital status, but not related to job information such as post and occupation. Mental health problems, stress, anxiety and depression were correlated with demographic information such as education, age, etc. . pre-employment positions in the system significantly predicted mental health problems, stress, anxiety and depression levels, there was no significant correlation between post-employment information and mental health status. Obviously, the separation may not be able to achieve the improvement of mental health problems. |
