| 其他摘要 | Sadomasochism is the sexual interest or subculture that partners are sexually aroused by suffering or causing others to suffer. In recent years, there are cases involving lethal sexual abuse, infringement of minors' rights and other issues, which has aroused widespread concern in the society. However, due to the lack of comprehensive and in-depth understanding of sadomasochism, judicial work, medical treatment, and mental health services have encountered difficulties in practical work. This study explores the causes, the performance of practice and fantasy of sadomasochism as well as its relation with the experience, to improve scientific and objective understanding of sadomasochism, as well as practical work in the fields of judicature, medical treatment, and mental health services. This study interviewed 51 sadomasochists, obtaining relevant data converted into interview records, which was encoded and analyzed. The reference points of the nodes of the causes, the impressive experience, the performance of practice and fantasy and its relation with the impressive experience are tested for differences to discuss the differences between interviewees in categories; correlation analysis and clusters analysis were performed to explore the relationship between the impressive experience and the performance of practice and fantasy; the model of experience—practice & fantasy was constructed. The results of coding analysis and difference test found that: the most typical causes of sadomasochism are sensory seeking and family upbringing. The most typical incidents in the experience of sadomasochists are those of family parenting and sex; the most characters are parents; the most incidents occured in early childhood and childhood; the most descriptions of the incidents are vocabulary related to dominance / submission, gender identity, and role-playing. Plays in the practice and fantasy of sadomasochism can be separated into five types: emotion, punishment, sex, canine, and rimming. The most typical play is the type of emotion; the most descriptions of the partner are the character and temperament, and relationship mode; the most descriptions of the scene is the outdoor environment. There are differences between interviewees in the causes, the impressive experience, the performance of practice and fantasy and its relation with the impressive experience. Those who think that sadomasochism is related to the impressive experiences in memory are more than those who don’t think so. The results of correlation analysis and cluster analysis found that: the number of parental scolding incidents of one’s experience may be related to his preference for sadomasochistic plays in adulthood; the more sadomasochistic elements in the incidents, the greater possibility of preference for sadomasochism and the plays of the type of emotion; the more the incidents related to excretory organs and excreta, the greater possibility of preference for the plays in the type of rimming; the more unrelated "sisters" in the incidents, such as the older sisters in the school or in the neighborhood, the more a sadomasochist pays attention to the appearance, personal identity and occupation of the sadomasochistic partner. The model of experience—practice & fantasy shows the relationship between the nodes, from which close relationships can be seen between the impressive experience and the performance of the practice and fantasy, the characters of the incidents and the sadomasochistic partner, the vocabulary related to sadomasochism describing the incidents and the sadomasochistic plays, the vocabulary related to sadomasochism describing the incidents and the plays of the type of emotion, the vocabulary related to excretory organs and excreta describing the incidents and the plays of the type of rimming. In summary, this study draws the following conclusions: (1) The causes of sadomasochism include sensory seeking, family upbringing, etc; the impressive experiences in the memory of sadomasochists include family parenting and sex and other related incidents; plays in the practice and fantasy of sadomasochism can be separated into five types: emotion, punishment, sex, canine, and rimming; (2) the causes of sadomasochism, the impressive experience of sadomasochists, the performance of the practice and fantasy are different between interviewees in each category; (3) impressive experience in memory is certainly related to the practice and fantasy of sadomasochism. |
