其他摘要 | In consideration of the social relations in medium-level view and microscopic view within organizations, the influence of workplace interpersonal relationship on employee behavior and organizational behavior is widely concerned by management science. According to Confucianism, human beings exists in "groups", and the central theme of Confucianism is benevolence, which means that harmonious relations between people should be emphasized. The five Confucian virtues of benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom, and faithfulness has run through the development of Chinese ethics and become the most important elements in China's value system. When drawing on unfading philosophies from thousands of years of history, we can see that Confucianism has shaped our values and the way we interact with people, and for workplace interpersonal relationship, workplace friendship is the projection and embodiment of Confucianism. and naturally becomes a research hotspot in the field of organization management.
It is different from friendship in society situation, the workplace friendship comprise with sincere feeling and workplace interest. Most academic disputes that because particularity and contradiction. For explore the impact of workplace friendships influence to organizational. Compared with previous on workplace friendship, this researched focuses on individual psychological changes, The purpose of this research is to explore the different organizational outcomes of workplace friendship through different psychological changes, it provides a unique perspective for the future research direction of workplace friendship, that have innovation. The research is based on resource conservation theory, based on a questionnaire survey, SPSS was used for data processing and analysis, perspective of workplace interpersonal resources, discuss relative of workplace friendship with organizational citizenship behavior and job burnout.
After analyzing the data of 409 workers, the conclusion is as following: (1) Workplace friendship positively related to organizational citizenship behavior interpersonal dimension. (2) Workplace friendship negatively to job burnout. (3) Relationship energy works as an agent effect between workplace friendship and organizational citizenship behavior interpersonal dimension. (4) Relationship energy mediated among workplace friendship and job burnout. (5) Workplace FoMO mediated among workplace friendship and job burnout. (6) Workplace social self-efficacy up-regulates the direct effect of workplace friendship on organizational citizenship behavior.
