其他摘要 | According to recent literature research, the incidence of sleep problems among college students is 30.9%52.84%, which can not be ignored. In the academic and practical fields, the relationship between stress and sleep quality is an important research topic. In this stu即,the relationship between stress and sleep quality was investigated from the perspective of behavior habits and perception of life regularity. In this study, 569 valid questionnaires were obtained from college students in Beijing and Hefei. The stress, behavior habit, perception of life regularity and sleep quality of college students were reflected by The College Student Stress Scale, College Student Weekend Life Behavior Questionnaire, College Student Life Regularity Perception Scale, and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale. This study includes two research tasks: Task 1 is to investigate the basic situation and relationship between stress and sleep quality of college students, especially the differences in gender and specialty; Task 2 is to introduce two variables of college students' behavior habits and perception of life regularity on the basis of task 1,and investigate the impact of the two variables on the relationship between college students' stress and sleep quality. The main research results are as follows:
(1)In the participants, the stress is at a moderate level, and the detection rate of sleep problems is 33.9%. Sleep problems are more serious, among which medical students have the most serious problems.
(2) Among the pressure sources of college students, the most stressful is academic pressure, followed by employment pressure. The gender differences of college students' stress are not reflected in the overall situation, but in economic pressure, love pressure and interpersonal pressure. Boys are significantly higher than girls. There are significant differences in the total score and sub-dimensions of the stress of college students of various majors.
(3) There is no gender difference in sleep quality and sub-dimensions of college students. The sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorder, hypnotics and sleep quality of college students are significantly different among different majors.
(4) There is a significant correlation between college students' stress, sleep quality, behavior habits and perception of life regularity. The more stressful the college students are, the worse their sleep quality is. The better college students' behavior habits, the better their Perception of life regularity, and the better their sleep quality.
(5) The stress can negatively predict the sleep quality of college students, and indirectly predict the sleep quality through the chain mediation of behavioral habits and perception of life regularity.
This study shows that college students' sleep quality is closely related to college students' stress, behavior habits, and perception of life regularity. College students' behavior habits and perception of life regularity play a chain intermediary role in the relationship between stress and sleep quality. |
