其他摘要 | In the past 40 years of reform and opening up of China, migrant workers, as the most important group of industrial workers, have been making great contributions to the development of the domestic manufacturing industry and economic growth. This paper takes migrant workers as the research object, through a questionnaire survey to explore how migrant workers' identity of being new citizens in the migrant city where they are working affects their cooperative behavior intention to the local governmen, as well as the mediating effect of life satisfaction, and focuses on the moderating effect of organizational identity in this process. At the same time, it also attempts to verify the effectiveness of the new citizen identity highlighting strategy in improving the identity of migrant workers as new citizens and their intention to cooperate with the local government. In the first study, 277 migrant workers in Dongguan were sampled to investigate the moderating role of organizational identity in the impact of their group identity as new citizens on their cooperative behavior intention to the local government. The first study found that migrant workers generally have a high sense of organizational identity; However, their identity as new citizens is low; There is a significant positive correlation between cooperative behavior intention to the government and new citizen group identity. Organizational identity plays a significant moderating role in the relationship between new citizen identity and cooperative behavior intention to the government: in the case of high organizational identity, cooperative behavior intention to the government increases significantly with the increase of new citizen group identity; In the case of low organizational identity, the group identity as new citizens has no significant impact on the intention of cooperation to the government. In order to explore the mechanism in the impact of new citizen group identity on cooperative intention to the government, which is moderated by organizational identity, the second study investigated 170 migrant workers in an industrial park in Dongguan, and further investigated the mediating role of life satisfaction. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the cooperative behavior intention to the government and new citizens' group identity. Life satisfaction plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between new citizens' identity and the cooperative behavior intention to the government, and organizational identity plays a significant moderating role in the relationship between life satisfaction and the cooperative behavior intention to the government: in the case of high organizational identity, The intention of cooperative behavior to the government increases significantly with the increase of life satisfaction; In the case of low organizational identity, life satisfaction has no significant impact on the intention to cooperate with the government. The third study conducted an intervention experiment on the basis of the previous two studies. 222 migrant workers were sampled as the research object to explore whether the new citizen identity highlighting strategy being used by many governments in practice is effective in improving the migrant workers' new citizen group identity and cooperation intention with the local government of the migrant city, and whether the organizational identity will still play a moderating role. The results show that the new citizen group identity of the new citizen identity highlighting group is significantly increased, while the new citizen group identity of the non-highlighting group is not significantly increased, indicating that the identity highlighting strategy widely used in public management practice is effective for improving the new citizen group identity of migrant workers. In addition, the moderating role of organizational identity still exists: for migrant workers with high organizational identity, the new citizen identity highlighting strategy does not significantly improve their cooperation behavior intention to the government, while for migrant workers with low organizational identity, the new citizen identity highlighting strategy can significantly improve their cooperation behavior intention to the government. This result has certain practical value. It is found that for people with low organizational identity, the government's strategy of highlighting new citizen identity is effective, their new citizen group identity is improved, and their intention to cooperate with the government is also improved; However, people with a high sense of organizational identity, because they focus more on the organization and pay more attention to their identity in the organization, may not care much about the new citizen identity highlighted and they may be lack corresponding attention and sensitivity to the new citizen identity highlighted. So the effect of the new citizen identity highlighting strategy on improving their cooperative behavior intention is not obvious. In future research and public management practice, we may try to highlight organizational identity to improvethe cooperative behavior of migrant workers with high organizational identity. To sum up, the three studies progresively going forward step by step, and this paper can provide theoretical basis and practical support for the government to formulate guidance and incentive policies for migrant workers that complement and promote each other with enterprises hiring migrant workers, so as to achieve the win-win situation of migrant workers, enterprises and migrant areas.Key Words:New Citizens' Group Identity, Organizational Identity, Life Satisfaction, Migrant Workers, Cooperative Behavior Intention to The Government. |
