目的:考察简版老年心理健康量表在我国老年人当中的信效度.方法:根据原量表的理论构想,经专家研讨从各维度抽取内容效度良好的19道题目,形成老年心理健康量表(简版).采取方便取样的方法招募北京市朝阳区、门头沟区和福州市福鼎区的60岁以上共856名老年人进行施测,并于北京市朝阳区招募37名被试2月后进行重测.选取流调中心用抑郁量表-10条目版、简版孤独感量表、生活满意度量表、自编社会支持量表和自评健康状况作为效标效度工具,采用SPSS 22.0和Mplus 7.0进行信度和效度分析.结果:老年心理健康量表(简版)的各个条目具有良好的区分度,各条目与各维度总分及量表总分均呈显著正相关(r=0.43～0.57,Ps＜0.001);验证性因子分析支持量表的五维度结构(x2/df=4.60,CFI=0.92,TLI=0.90,SRMR=0.05,RMSEA=0.07);五个分量表与总量表的Cronbachα 系数分别为 0.61,0.61,0.73,0.74,0.61 和 0.91,间隔2 月的重测信度分别为 0.48,0.73,0.58,0.65,0.59 和 0.74(Ps＜0.01);量表总得分与抑郁量表总得分和孤独感量表总得分呈显著负相关(r=-0.31,r=-0.45,Ps＜0.001),与生活满意度量表、自编社会支持量表及自评健康状况得分呈显著正相关(r=0.31～0.39,Ps＜0.001).结论:老年心理健康量表(简版)符合测量学要求,可用于评价老年人的整体心理健康水平.

Objective: To examine the validity and reliability of the brief version of mental health inventory for the elderly. Methods: According to the theoretical conception of the original scale, 19 items with good content validity were extracted from five dimensions through expert discussion to form the brief version of mental health inventory for the elderly. A total of 856 older adults were recruited by convenient sampling methods. The participants completed 10-item of the center for epidemiologic studies depression scale, short-form UCLA loneliness scale, satisfaction with life scale, social support scale, and self-assessment of health status as the criterion measures. A test-retest evaluation was undertaken in 37 older adults after 2 months. Results: Each item of the scale was shown good discrimination, and each item was significantly positively correlated with the total score of each dimension and the total score of the scale (r=0.43-0.57, Ps<0.001); Confirmatory factor analysis supported the five-dimensional structure of the scale (x²/df=4.60, CFI=0.92, TLI=0.90, SRMR=0.05, RMSEA= 0.07); Cronbach a coefficients of five subscales and total scale were 0.61, 0.61, 0.73, 0.74, 0.61 and 0.91 respectively. The test-retest reliability of 2-month interval were 0.48, 0.73, 0.58, 0.65, 0.59, and 0.74, respectively. The total score of the scale was significantly negatively correlated with the total score of depression scale and loneliness scale （r=-0.31, r=-0.45, Ps<0.001) and significantly positively correlated with the scores of life satisfaction scale, social support scale, and self-rated health status (r=0.31-0.39, Ps<0.001). Conclusion: The brief version of the mental health inventory for the elderly meets the measurement requirements and can be used as an effective instrument to assess the overall mental health in Chinese order adults.
