高中生心理僵化、核心排斥图式与社交焦虑的关系研究

青少年群体中社交焦虑障碍较为常见,发病率在 1.29%-9.1% 之间,主要表现为在社交或 表演场合中过度恐惧受到他人评判。有研究显示,心理僵化与青少年心理健康有显著相关性, 降低心理僵化有助于改善社交焦虑障碍的症状。此外,有专家提出社交焦虑障碍患者通常会具 有强烈的核心排斥图式,这可能会加剧社交焦虑。尽管以往的研究对心理僵化和核心排斥图式 分别进行了研究,但它们之间的关系尚未被探索。本研究旨在探讨心理僵化与核心排斥图式之 间的关系以及它们对高中生社交焦虑的影响,以期丰富高中生社交焦虑障碍的临床干预策略, 并促进对心理僵化影响心理健康的过程的理解。

研究的第一节是对核心排斥图式问卷进行汉化并在高中生群体中进行信效度检验。结果显 示汉化的核心排斥图式问卷显示了良好的信度和效度,表明该问卷可以作为快速测量我国高中 生核心排斥图式的有效工具。

研究的第二节使用Mplus8.0 建立结构方程模型,探索在高中生群体中核心排斥图式是否是 心理僵化影响社交焦虑的中介因素。结构方程模型显示,心理僵化对社交焦虑有显著回归,核 心排斥图式在心理僵化影响社交焦虑的过程中有部分中介效应,表明心理僵化可以直接影响社 交焦虑,也可以通过核心排斥图式对社交焦虑产生间接影响。

研究的第三节从症状网络的视角出发,探索高中生社交焦虑症状与心理僵化和核心排斥图 式的连接。研究结果显示,心理僵化和社交焦虑均与核心排斥图式的排斥真实的自我维度有更 强的连结,整个网络中最具影响力的节点是CES-7(与人交往时,我通常隐藏或掩饰自己)和 CES-8(我害怕别人会意识到我的真实状态)。表明心理僵化对社交焦虑的影响可能是通过排斥 真实的自我的认知图式而产生的。对于自我真实状态的隐藏和害怕别人发现自己的真实状态, 是触发社交焦虑的核心认知。

Social anxiety disorder is relatively common among adolescents, with a prevalence rate ranging between 1.29% and 9.1%. Its primary manifestation is an excessive fear of being judged by others in social or performance situations. Some studies have indicated a significant correlation between psychological rigidity and the mental health of adolescents, suggesting that reducing psychological rigidity can help alleviate symptoms of social anxiety disorder. Moreover, experts have proposed that individuals with social anxiety disorder often exhibit a strong core rejection schema, which might exacerbate their social anxiety. Although previous research has separately explored psychological rigidity and the core rejection schema, their interrelationship remains unexplored. This study aims to investigate the relationship between psychological rigidity and the core rejection schema and their impact on high school students' social anxiety. The goal is to enrich clinical intervention strategies for social anxiety disorder in high school students and foster a better understanding of how psychological rigidity influences mental health.

The first part of the research focused on the localization of the core rejection schema questionnaire and its validity and reliability testing among high school students. The results indicated that the localized core rejection schema questionnaire exhibited good reliability and validity, suggesting it can be a useful tool for swiftly assessing the core rejection schema among Chinese high school students.

In the second part of the study, a structural equation model was established using Mplus8.0 to explore whether the core rejection schema serves as a mediator in the influence of psychological rigidity on social anxiety among high school students. The model revealed a significant regression of psychological rigidity on social anxiety, with the core rejection schema playing a partial mediating role. This suggests that psychological rigidity can directly impact social anxiety and can also exert an indirect effect through the core rejection schema.

The third part of the research approached the issue from a symptom network perspective, exploring the connections between high school students' social anxiety symptoms, psychological rigidity, and the core rejection schema. The findings showed that both psychological rigidity and social anxiety had stronger links with the dimension of the core rejection schema related to rejecting one's true self. The most influential nodes within the entire network were CES-7 (When interacting with others, I usually hide or mask myself) and CES-8 (I fear others will recognize my true state). This indicates that the influence of psychological rigidity on social anxiety might arise from cognitive schemas rejecting one's authentic self. Concealing one's genuine state and fearing others will discover one's real condition are central cognitions triggering social anxiety.
