摘要	In order to evaluate pilot candidates’ cognitive abilities efficiently and dynamically, an interactive battery of tests, including 8 cognitive tasks were designed and formulated with a high speed PC as the platform of the testing battery. Multiple resources attentions theory and secondary task techniques were applied for the designing of the battery. Laboratory experiments, field investigations and longitudinal data collection were used to test the discriminality, reliability and validity of using of the battery with a large number of subjects. Some preliminary results of application of the using of the battery were discussed.
