摘要

This experiment explores the restorative effect of VR natural scenes with different immersion on different stress states. We use the experimental method, the restorative natural scene provided by VR head display device (HMD) was used to study different pressure groups through two variables 2 (pressure: high and low)×2 (immersion: high, low) inter group design, based on the analysis of experimental data, this paper discusses the differences between subjective indexes (stress awareness, positive emotion, negative emotion, perceptual recovery) and objective indexes (diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, heart rate, attention) after watching the natural environment intervention provided by VR HMD. The results showed that among the seven pairs of dependent variables related to stress, there were significant differences in five pairs (pressure value, negative emotion, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and attention time), and the value of perceptual recovery scale (PRS=11.746±8.892) was positive. For the difference of 8 pressure indicators, 2 (pressure: high, low) ×2 (immersion: high, low) two-way ANOVA showed that the effect of stress factor was significant or marginal significant on the three indexes (F pressure difference (1,66) = 15.946, P < 0.001; F negative emotion difference (1, 66) =0.338, P = 0.080; FPRS (1,66) = 5.552, P = 0.022), and other indexes were not significant. The post test found that the average value of the three groups of data was that the high-pressure group was greater than the low-pressure group, and the pressure difference in the high-pressure group (M= 7.3939, SD =4.993) was higher than that in the low-pressure group (M=2.2647, SD=5.362); The negative emotion difference in the high-pressure group (M=0.5000, SD=3.250) was higher than that in the low-pressure group (M=2.0303, SD=4.297);The PRS value of high-pressure group (M=14.2727, SD=8.232) was higher than that of low-pressure group (M=9.2941, SD=8.936). Therefore, the conclusion of this experiment is that the restorative natural scene provided by VR HMD has the effect of relaxation and decompression. Stress factors have a significant impact on the decompression effect. The subjective decompression effect of high-pressure group is more obvious than that of low-pressure group, and the objective index is not significant. VR immersion has no significant effect on the relief of stress symptoms. The experimental results suggest that the VR scene design with the goal of relaxation and decompression can more consider the use of restorative natural scenes to improve the user experience. The design of virtual reality scene does not need to blindly pursue immersion.
