The main line of this study is resource conservation theory, supplemented by social learning theory and expectancy violation theory. Taking the boss phubbing as the independent variable, employee performance as the dependent variable, this study constructs a moderated mediation model, with employee's psychological capital as the mediator, and family-work enrichment as the moderator. Through the statistical analysis of the survey data of 302 employees, the following conclusions are obtained:
(1) There is a negative correlation between Bphubbing and employee job performance.
(2) Employees’psychological capital plays a full mediation role in the relationship between Bphubbing and employee job performance.
(3) Family-work enrichment has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between Bphubbing and employees’psychological capital, which confirms the reverse stress-buffering model.
