成人依恋、负性情绪与经验性回避: 正念的调节作用及干预研究

摘要虽然正念在佛教传统中已经使用了几个世纪,但直到20世纪70年代,正念才成为治疗常见心理问题的方法,如压力、担忧、焦虑和抑郁。成人依恋的研究可以追溯到上世纪60年代,成人依恋对负性情绪的影响根植于个体童年时与养育者形成的互动模式。本文探索成人依恋对负性情绪的影响机制,以及正念对其的调节作用,并通过对照实验探索正念训练对经验性回避以及负性情绪的影响。 研究一采用横断研究考察成人依恋、负性情绪、经验性回避与正念之间的关系,检验经验性回避在成人依恋与负性情绪之间的中介作用,以及正念对中介作用后半段的调节作用。招募18-60岁被试,采用亲历关系经历量表、抑郁一焦虑-压力量表、正念注意觉知量表,以及接纳与行动问卷第二版问卷进行测量。依恋焦虑模型的中介效应检验发现,经验性回避在成人依恋与负性情绪的关系中起到部分中介作用。依恋回避模型的中介效应检验发现,经验性回避在成人依恋与负性情绪的关系中起到部分中介作用。在两个模型中,有调节的中介效应检验结果均显示,随着个体正念水平的提高,经验性回避对负性情绪的正向预测作用呈逐渐减小的趋势。由此可见,经验性回避在成人依恋与负性情绪的关系中起到中介 作用,正念对中介效应的后半段起到调节作用。 研究二采用纵向研究考察经验性回避加强干预版MBCT课程对经验性回避与负性情绪的干预效果。对实验组与对照组分别进行招募,实验组参加连续九周的正念训练,控制组进行同样时长的等待对照。两组分别在训练前后一周内完成抑郁一焦虑一压力量表、五因素正念量表,以及接纳与行动第二版问卷。最终,实验组与对照组各54人完成测试。结果显示,相比控制组,实验组在干预后特质正念显著提升,经验性回避与负性情绪显著降低。由此可见,该改编版MBCT线上课程有助于降低个体的经验性回避和负性情绪。 本研究得出,成人依恋通过经验性回避引发负性情绪,正念对经验性回避与负性情绪的关系起到抑制性调节作用,正念训练有助于降低个体经验性回避与负性情绪水平,具有可行性与可接受性。
其他摘要While mindfulness has been used in Buddhist tradition for centuries,It wasn't until the 1970s that mindfulness became a method for treating common psychological problems,such as stress, worry, anxiety, and depression. Research on adult attachment can be traced back to the 1960s. The influence of adult attachment on negative affects is rooted in the interaction pattern formed with the caregivers during childhood. This paper explores the mechanism of adult attachment on negative affects and the moderating effect of mindfulness. The effects of mindfulness training on experiential avoidance and negative affects were explored through controlled experiments. In Study 1,a cross一sectional study was conducted to investigate the relationship among adult attachment, negative affects,experiential avoidance and mindfulness,and to examine the mediating effect of experiential avoidance on the relationship between adult attachment and negative affects, as well as the moderating effect of mindful ness on the latter half path of the mediating effect. Participants aged 18一60 years were recruited and measured with Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory, Depression一Anxiety一Stress Scale,Mindful Attention Awareness Scale,and Acceptance and Action Question naireII. The mediating effect test of attachment anxiety model showed that experiential avoidance played a partial mediating role in the relationship between adult attachment and negative affects. The median ng effect test of attachment avoidance model showed that experiential avoidance played a partial mediating role in the relationship bettyeen adult attachment and negative affect. In both models,the moderated mediating effect test results showed that with the improvement of individual mindfulness, the positive predictive effect of experiential avoidance on negative affects gradually decreased. In conclusion, experiential avoidance plays a mediating role in the relationship between adult attachment and negative affects,and mindfulness plays a moderating role in the latter half path of the mediating effect. In Study 2,a longitudinal study was conducted to investigate the intervention effect of an adapted MBCT, which strengthened the intervention of experiential avoidance, on experiential avoidance and negative affects. The experimental group and the control group were recruited separately. The experimental group participated in the mindfulness training for nine weeks,while the control group waited for the same length of time. Both groups completed Depression-Anxiety一Stress Scale, Five一facet Mindfulness questionnaire short form, and the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire一II, within one week before and after training. Finally, 54 people in the experimental group and 54 in the control group completed the test. The results showed that compared with the control group, the trait mindfulness of the experimental group significantly improved, and the experiential avoidance and negative affects of the experimental group significantly reduced after the intervention. It can be concluded that the adapted MBCT course can help reduce experiential avoidance and negative affects. In this study, it is concluded that adult attachment triggers negative affects through experiential avoidance, and mindfulness plays an inhibitory role in regulating the relationship between experiential avoidance and negative affects. Mindfulness training can help reduce the level of individual experiential avoidance and negative affects with feasibility and acceptability.
