母亲情绪稳定性与青少年心理资本的关系:有调节的中介模型

摘要处于人生特殊成长阶段的青少年,其心理资本无论对个体当下的身心健康、学业表现还是对以后的职业生涯甚至婚姻家庭都具有重要的意义,关乎个人的发展和社会的和谐。以往的研究结果显示,心理资本可以让青少年在面临各种心理困境和现实问题时能利用自身积极的心理资源帮助他们解决问题,能够有效预防和抵制心理疾患。对其身心健康具有积极地促进和保护作用。但目前心理资本的相关研究主要是在成年人阶段(组织和管理学领域)中,对青少年的研究还处于起步阶段。而且以往研究更多的关注了心理资本的效用,探讨心理资本的来源和影响因素(尤其是在代际间)方面的研究很少见。而这对于帮助青少年获得、培养心理资本具有重要的意义。考虑到心理资本对青少年的重要性、其作用的持续性,以及之前研究在这方面的医乏,本研究着眼于与青少年的生活、成长息息相关的家庭系统环境,拟探讨其心理资本的前因变量及其作用机制是什么。 本研究采用情绪稳定性量表ESS中文修订版、父母与同伴依恋量表(简版)IPPA母子依恋分量表、积极心理资本问卷PPQ中文修订版和家庭社会经济地位问卷对某市两所中学11-17岁中学生进行测量。经整理得到312份有效问卷。研究结果显示:(1)母亲情绪稳定性对青少年心理资本有显著的正向预测作用。 C2)母子依恋在母亲情绪稳定性和青少年心理资本之间起到部分中介作用。(3)家庭社会经济地位(Socio Ecnomic Status ,SES)在母亲情绪稳定性和青少年心理资本之间起到调节作用,当家庭SES高时母亲情绪稳定性对青少年心理资本的促进作用较强,当家庭SES低时母亲情绪稳定性对青少年心理资本的作用不显著。由此可得结论:(1)母亲情绪稳定性对青少年心理资本存在正向预测作用且达到显著标准。(2)母亲情绪稳定性既可以直接作用于青少年心理资本,也可以通过母子依恋间接作用于青少年心理资本,(3)家庭SES调节了母亲情绪稳定性到青少年心理资本的直接效应。此研究丰富了心理资本的相关研究,其结果也对如何助力青少年提升心理资本提供了有益的启示。
其他摘要For adolescents who are in a special growth stage of life, their psychological capital is of great significance to the individual's current physical and mental health, academic performance, future career and even marriage and family, and is related to personal development and social harmony. Previous research results have shown that psychological capital can enable adolescents to use their positive psychological resources to help them solve problems when facing various psychological difficulties and practical problems, and can effectively prevent and resist psychological disorders. It has a positive role in promoting and protecting their physical and mental health. However, the current research on psychological capital is mainly in the adult stage (in the field of organization and management), and the research on adolescents is still in its infancy. Moreover, previous studies have paid more attention to the utility of psychological capital, but the research on the sources and influencing factors of psychological capital, especially between generations is rare, how ener it is of great significance in helping adolescents acquire and cultivate psychological capital. Considering the importance of psychological capital for adolescents, the persistence of its role, and the lack of previous research in this regard, this study focuses on the family system environment which is closely related to adolescents' lives and growth, and intends to explore the antecedents and mechanisms of their psychological capital. In this study, some students aged from 11一17 coming from two middle schools in a certurn city were measured with the revised version of the Emotional Stability Scale (ESS), mother-Child attachment subscale of the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (simplified version), IPPA,the revised version of the Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PPQ) and the Family Socioeconomic Status Questionnaire. 312 valid questionnaires were obtained. The results show that: (1) maternal emotional stability has a significant positive predictive effect on adolescent psychological capital. (2) Mother-child attachment plays a partial mediation role between maternal emotional stability and adolescent psychological capital. (3) The family socioeconomic status (SES) plays a regulatory role between the maternal emotional stability and adolescent psychological capital . When the family SES is high, the maternal emotional stability has a strong role in promoting the adolescent psychological capital. When the family SES is low, the maternal emotional stability has no significant impact on the adolescent psychological capital. From this, it can be concluded that (1) maternal emotional stability has a positive predictive effect on adolescent psychological capital and reaches a significant standard. (2) maternal emotional stability can directly act on adolescent psychological capital, as well as indirectly act on adolescent psychological capital through mother-child attachment. (3) Family socioeconomic status regulates the direct effect of maternal emotional stability on adolescent psychological capital. This study enriches the relevant research on psychological capital, and its results also provide useful enlightenment on how to help teenagers improve their psychological capital.
