摘要In order to select psychological qualified candidates of pilots for Chinese Air Force, a systematic assessment tests were designed with three computer-based platforms. Platform one is a group test tool providing the capacity to test candidates’ cognitive abilities, motivations, and personality aspects. Platform two is a set of interactive tests focusing on candidates’ cognitive aspects. Platform three is used for expert interview. A scaling method was created to integrate parameters from the three platforms. Results of 5 years follow up indicated that using of this system gave more than 10% successful training of the pilots.
