摘要	目的:探讨民族对青少年身体自我满意度的作用特点。方法:采用中学生身体自我量表测量了汉、藏、彝族739名中学生身体自我满意度的状况,并进行了不同层面的分析。结果:总体上汉、藏、彝族青少年对身体自我是满意的。在身体自我五个维度及总体身体自我上,藏族青少年的满意度均高于彝族青少年(P<0.001); 在身体相貌特征、身体运动特征、身材特征和总体身体自我满意度上,藏族比汉族青少年更满意(P<0.001); 除了负面特征外,汉族与彝族青少年体验到的满意度没有显著差异。女生对身体自我的满意度较男生更低(t=3.1￣4.6,P<0.001),肥胖者对身材特征尤其不满意。结论:此结果对于民族教育和有针对性的紊乱行为干预有指导意义。

附注	Objective: To study the characteristics of physical self-satisfaction of adolescents from different nationalities. Methods: 739 adolescents from Han, Tibet and Yi nationalities were assessed with Physical Self-Scale. Results: In general, adolescents from the three nationalities were all satisfied with their physical self. The Tibet were significantly more satisfied than those from Yi nationality with physical self. With appearance, movements, body shape and overall physical self, Tibet were more satisfied than Han. There was no significant differences between Yi and Han on physical self except body flaw. Girls were significantly dissatisfied with physical self than boys. Fat adolescents were significantly dissatisfied with body shape. Conclusion: These results provide useful clues to psychologically education and interventions to adolescents from different nationalities.
